1. Services

California Tankless provides tankless water heater installation, repair, and maintenance services in Tustin, California and surrounding Orange County communities. All installation work is performed by or under the supervision of a California C-36 Licensed Plumbing Contractor.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Written quotes provided by California Tankless are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All work is performed at the price stated in the written quote. Any scope change discovered during the work (such as hidden plumbing issues not visible at the time of assessment) will be communicated to the customer and approved in writing before proceeding.

3. Permits

California Tankless pulls all required permits for water heater installations. The cost of required permits is included in installation quotes. Customers are responsible for ensuring site access for city inspection appointments, which we schedule and attend.

4. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are registered in the customer’s name at the time of installation. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer (Rinnai, Navien, Noritz, or Rheem) and are not the responsibility of California Tankless beyond the registration service we provide. Our workmanship warranty: 1 year on all labour performed.
